Dr. Randy Friedman’s Pedagogy Workshop: Teaching Difficult Texts

Dr. Randy Friedman, Associate Professor of Judaic Studies, also an affiliated Associate Professor of Comparative Literature, facilitated a pedagogy workshop for COLI grad and any interested parties (Tuesday 2/24/2015). This workshop focused on teaching difficult texts. For this workshop, Dr. Friedman has chosen two short pieces by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Self-Reliance”, and “The Over-Soul”.
